Privacy Policy
This notice describes the toolkit as supplied. The site owner should review it before launch and whenever hosting, themes, plugins or external services change.
1. Browser-only tool processing
The six tools use inputs only to generate a result in the open browser page. This toolkit does not transmit those inputs to a server, store a visitor profile, call an online AI model or connect to a social account. It requests no photo, camera permission, home address, account login, registration number or veterinary record. Optional fields are for non-identifying creative details only.
2. No input persistence
No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or service-worker draft cache is used by these tools. The toolkit does not keep a history or restore inputs after a refresh. Browsers may independently retain form state, autofill information, page history or recovery data; extensions, shared devices and operating-system backups have their own behaviour. The absence of toolkit storage is not a promise of confidentiality on your device.
3. Downloads and printouts
Text files are generated locally, and browser print/PDF functions are controlled by your device. The toolkit does not upload or retain a copy. You control where files are saved and whom you share them with. Delete downloads, PDFs, printouts and any separately shared copies yourself when no longer needed. Closing a page does not remove a file you already saved.
4. Contact drafts and external email
The Contact page prepares a local draft and has no submission endpoint. No name or reply address is requested. If the operator has configured a public email, Open email draft passes the topic and message to your device’s email application through a mailto link. You review and send separately. Any email you send is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s mailbox; their storage, retention and processing are outside this toolkit. Preparing or downloading a draft is not sending it.
5. Hosting and other website software
Your browser must request pages and assets from the host. The host may receive an IP address, user agent, request URL and technical timestamps, and may keep access or security logs. This plugin adds no analytics, advertising, remote fonts, embedded third-party media or external tool API calls. WordPress, the active theme, the host, a CDN or other installed plugins may behave differently. The owner must disclose actual providers, purposes, retention periods and international processing where required; those facts cannot be inferred from this plugin.
6. Choices and enquiries
Use the tools without an account and leave optional fields blank. Do not enter personal or sensitive details in stories. If you send the operator an external email, direct access, correction or deletion questions to that operator. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may apply. There is no saved tool-input record for the administrator to retrieve from this plugin. For device copies, use your own browser and file controls.
7. Operator responsibility and changes
The operator is responsible for supplying accurate legal identity, jurisdiction and contact disclosures for their actual business or organisation where needed. This notice is a detailed description of the supplied toolkit, not a guarantee of legal compliance or a claim that every WordPress installation is data-free. The owner should record material policy changes and review the live installation before enabling new tracking or collection.
