Behind the result - No mystery in the method
The planner compares your chosen date with today’s calendar date on your device. Days remaining are counted using calendar dates, not hours or a server timezone. It arranges reminders for seven days, two days and one day before the event, plus the event date. Past reminders are moved to today and clearly marked. Optional budget allocations use your amount only: 30% for simple materials, 30% for a keepsake, 20% for setup, with the rounded remainder reserved as contingency. There are no live prices or currency conversions. It does not select pet foods, prescribe exercise, judge an activity’s safety or replace veterinary guidance.
This tool does not store photos or personal details, does not give veterinary advice, and does not publish anything by itself. All tool inputs are processed in the browser only. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

No. The plan does not judge product or activity safety, allergies or dietary needs. Keep any real celebration appropriate to the individual pet and ask a qualified professional when unsure.
What is a gotcha day here?
It is simply the arrival or adoption anniversary you choose to mark. No date verification or official adoption record is created.
Are the budget amounts real prices?
No. They are simple portions of your own optional total. The final contingency amount balances rounding. Currency is a label only; confirm any purchases yourself.
What if the event is today or a reminder date has passed?
The event can be today. Earlier reminder dates are moved to today with an explanation; the tool does not invent extra time. Dates before today are rejected.
Can I print the schedule?
Yes. Print or download it. Nothing is added to a calendar, sent to guests or posted to social media automatically.
Does the site save my pet’s photos or details?
No. These tools have no photo upload or persistent input storage. Inputs and results are used only in the open browser page. Avoid identifying details, even in optional notes. Downloaded files are kept wherever you choose on your device.
Is my pet’s story published here?
No. There is no public story feed or automatic publishing. Sharing a downloaded file, copying text or opening a destination service is your own separate action.
Is this veterinary advice?
